Julie Burton Law works with children who have special educational needs.

We do this by:

• Advising the parents and guardians of children who have a learning disability, physical disabilities or other special needs
• Obtaining assessments of special educational needs
• Assisting families to challenge statements of special educational needs
• Providing representation at Special Educational Needs Tribunals

Case Studies - a flavour of the work we do

W - securing appropriate special school placement for ASD child. Mother had failed to secure special school for her son for over a year despite clear evidence of need.

J - securing statement of SEN and special school placement including transport for primary aged child excluded from multiple mainstream schools for aggressive and unmanageable behaviours.
