Two solicitors at our niche law firm have received accreditation from the Law Society. They have been recognised as experts in representing clients who lack capacity in court proceedings where contested decisions about their care and treatment are made.
Rebecca Humphreys and Julie Burton were both approved as accredited legal representatives under the law Society Mental Capacity (Welfare) scheme on 17 January 2018 following a rigorous accreditation process including an interview in London.
Both Julie and Rebecca (who is able to advise through the medium of Welsh and English) are looking forward to being able to assist vulnerable clients and their families across Wales when concerns or issues arise around their care. Julie Burton Law are based in Bangor but due to the specialist nature of their work have clients spread across North and mid Wales.
