Julie Burton Law works with clients who are detained under the Mental Health Act, including people detained in acute services, forensic services or rehabilitation services and those held under guardianship.
Incapacity & Best Interests
Julie Burton Law works with clients who lack capacity to ensure that decisions are made in their best interests.
Wills, Probate & Future Planning
Julie Burton Law aims to provide a rounded service to its clients. We therefore provide advice in relation to planning for the future and taking steps to safeguard the interests of our clients' financial well being and welfare when or if they lose capacity.
