Julie Burton Law offers highly specialist legal advice to secure the rights of people with disabilities to appropriate services.

We can help people with physical disabilities, people with a learning disability, older people, people with mental health problems and people who need NHS continuing care services. Importantly we can also help parents and carers.

Julie Burton Law works closely with other solicitor firms, voluntary sector organisations (such as Shelter, MIND, Mencap, CAB), advocacy groups and carers groups. Julie Burton Law helps people to get the services they need and to which they have a right.

We welcome enquiries from anyone in need of our services, and from their families and carers. Clients may also be referred by solicitors, doctors, nurses, social workers and others.

Julie Burton Law holds contracts with the Legal Services Commission to provide specialist legal advice through the Community Legal Service in the areas of Community Care law, Mental Health law and Special Educational Needs law.

Julie Burton Law will access 'Legal Aid' public funding for all who qualify.

Julie Burton Law works throughout North Wales and Ceredigion.
